How do i get reimbursement for products ordered with COD?

Add your IBAN to your customer account so that we can refund the order value to your bank account.

1. Click on "Add/edit your bank details" below
2. Add/edit the following details:
- First name
- Surname
- IBAN (International Bank Account Number) - standard number of your bank account, which is preceded by the letters "XX". It consists of XX characters in total (X letters and XX digits).Once we have added/updated your bank details, we will immediately refund the order value to your bank account.
