Not all items of my return are credited
It may happen that your returned items are processed at different times. Therefore, the refund may be issued in several parts. For every credit you'll receive a confirmation mail. The whole process can take up to 14 days once the parcel reaches our warehouse. If you are still missing a credit after this period, click "No, I still need help" to contact us.
