How do I return an article?

Its a simple 4 step process:

1) Use the same packaging in which the parcel was received and place all items to be returned in it
2) Fill the return document that was originally received with information about the items being returned
3) Close the box carefully and stick the return label on the packaging
4) Take the ready-to-ship return parcel to any nearby international shipping company and ask them to ship the parcel back to the address on the return label

Please note that the return is not free of cost. We will process the refund quickly once the return is with us and processed.
