Return status & repayment

To view the status of your return and the repayment, log in to your customer account and click on "My orders". After 14 days at the latest, you will be credited with your return.

Return
The yellow return label means that you should have already received your refund. Please check your chosen payment method for this order.

Ongoing return
The yellow Ongoing Returns label means that your return and refund are still being processed.

For more information:
1. Select relevant order.
2. Scroll down to the returns section:
"Return is being processed" means that your return is still on its way or is being processed in our warehouse.
"Refund in process" means that you should receive your refund within the next 48 hours. Please check your chosen payment method for this order.

Another tip: On the verification from your shipping provider you will find a tracking number. With this you can check the status of your return. It is important to note that after your return has been delivered according to the tracking, it will be delivered to our returns warehouse and then processed there.
