Shipment tracking

You can track the current delivery status of your order in your customer account:

1. Click on "My orders" below and log in to your customer account.
2. Select your desired order.
3. Select your delivery and click on the button "Get latest status".

Important:
- Please check if the delivery date is still within the shipping time you were told (see shipping confirmation).
- Have you checked if your shipment has been dropped off at your neighbor's or at your desired drop-off location?

If it is still unclear where your package is currently located, click on "No, I still need help" to contact us.
